The Way We Work

You and the atelier, one loop.

The House builds in a loop with you inside it. You do not hand over a brief and wait months for a reveal — you watch the work grow one part at a time, run every version yourself, and steer it while it is still soft. This page is the whole method, in the order it happens.

Step One — The Conversation

Arrive with whatever you have.

An idea. A piece you started. A part you bought and regret. Or interest in a work of the House. We talk — plain words, no jargon (and when a term matters, our plain-words glossary is where we keep the definitions). By the end of the conversation you know what the House would build, roughly what it costs, and how long the bench needs.

Step Two — The Agreement

One commission at a time.

Scope, price, schedule, and ownership — written down before work begins, including exactly what becomes yours at handover. The House takes one active commission at a time: when the bench is yours, it is entirely yours.

Step Three — The Bench

One part at a time, in front of you.

The work is built in small, finished pieces — each one versioned, each one runnable. You receive real releases from the first week, not screenshots of promises. The atelier's AI bench works at machine speed; the maker signs every part before you ever see it.

Step Four — The Back-and-Forth

The loop that makes it niche.

You run the release. You tell us what feels wrong — a screenshot, a sentence, even "not sure what I want, but not this." The bench refines and returns. Again, and again, as many turns as the piece deserves. This loop is where generic dies and niche is born: software shaped to your exact trade, because you shaped it while it was being made.

Step Five — The Gate

Nothing ships on hope.

Every release passes the Gate — automated review, craft standards, and for living systems, nightly stress testing. You never receive a version the House would not put its own name on.

Step Six — The Handover

Never left alone.

You receive the whole work — finished, documented, and yours per the agreement. Not snippets. Not a kit. And the door stays open: care plans, refinements, and the same bench that built it, whenever the work needs to grow. Never left alone is not a slogan here; it is the last step of the process.
